PARKING & SECURITY

There is metered street parking available to your ​guests. Valet parking is required & booked through ​The Coronado & will be line itemed on your bill. Every ​event at The Coronado includes a security officer & ​additional security can be arranged if requested.

TECHNOLOGY & DÉCOR

The Coronado's state-of-the-art sound system, ​projectors, LED lighting & an 8x16-foot stage are all ​included in your event package. Additional A/V items ​are available for rent.

OVERTIME FEE

Our listed prices are based on a 5 hour window. Don't ​let that spoil the fun! Should you need to extend your ​event another hour, an overtime fee will be applied. ​Please note that all parties must adjourn by midnight.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

The Coronado does require a $1,000 damage deposit ​for all events. As long as no damage is incurred during ​your event, you will receive your damage deposit ​back in full. Please note that hosts are responsible for ​any damage done by an attendee or subcontractor.

OUTSIDE FOOD

Butlerʼs Pantry, is dedicated to providing the highest ​quality food & service when it comes to catering your ​event. To cover the cost of service, culinary & support ​staff, a discounted catering fee is included in all food, ​beverage, labor & equipment charges. We are more ​than happy to arrange meals for dietary restrictions. ​We do allow wedding cakes from any licensed ​bakeries to be used on your special day. Contact your ​sales manager for additional questions regarding our ​outside catering policy.

Private Tasting

A complimentary private tasting provided for 4 guests ​upon receipt of signed contract & deposit. The cost for ​an additional guest is $50.00 per person. Tastings are ​designed so you can taste exactly what will be served ​at your reception. Private tastings are available by ​appointment only and may be scheduled Tuesday - ​Thursday 10:30 am - 3:00 pm. A private tasting may be ​scheduled without a signed contract for a fee of ​$300.00 for 4 guests. If the tasting results in a signed ​contract, the $300.00 fee will be applied to the overall ​cost of the event. Please consult your sales manager ​for more information.
